Achieve. Inspire. Innovate

ICS Côte d’Azur is a bilingual primary school that provides an international curriculum with instruction in French and English. Formerly known as EBICA, ICS Côte d’Azur is a private, co-educational day school, catering to families seeking a bilingual international school for their children on the Côte d’Azur of France. The school welcomes children ages three to 11 years for their early years and primary education.

Their multicultural learning community enjoys a modern and secure campus in Sophia Antipolis, Valbonne, southwest of Nice. Sophia Antipolis is Europe’s first technology park, home to highly reputable universities, global companies and high-tech enterprises.

Recognised as an IB World School since 2018, ICS Côte d’Azur is accredited and authorised by the International Baccalaureate (IB) organisation to offer the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).

The school attracts internationally-minded families with aspirations for their children to learn in French and English from the early years onwards. Students are immersed in both languages with equal measure, in an environment that promotes international understanding while fostering an appreciation of French culture.

ICS Côte d’Azur offers a language support programme for French as a foreign language (FFL) learners and English as a foreign language (EFL) learners. These support lessons for beginners assist acquisition in either language, bringing them the linguistic competencies required to access the curriculum and progress with confidence.

With an innovative and exciting STEAM curriculum (science, technology, engineering, art and maths), and, as of spring 2021, a new ‘tinkering lab’ for STEAM projects called ‘The Hub’, ICS Côte d’Azur opens a window onto the world of tomorrow for its students, as it prepares them to face challenges with confidence and creativity.
